Full River Paddle
Shoelace Park (219th and Bronx Blvd.) to Concrete Plant Park
Join us on a paddling adventure and explore the fresh water and Estuary sections of the Bronx River!
Start Location: 219th and Bronx Blvd
End Location: Concrete Plant Park
Please note: We will be paddling over 4.5 miles of river to our end destination, please plan accordingly and be aware, you will be resposible for the transport of your vessel through all miles and 3 portage stations.
All need to wear close toed attached shoes and complete an ACA adult or child waiver.
Please bring limited personal belongings and a light snack.
Registration opens 2 weeks prior to trip date at 10a and ends day before trip at 10a. There is a limited of 20 tickets, once site has sold out of tickets there are no spots open and no waiting list. Please plan your purchase accordingly.

Concrete Plant Park- Entrance on Westchester Ave between Whitlock Ave & Bronx River Ave.
SWALE- Floating Food Forest
All are welcome to tour through the Swale - a floating food forest designed to provide free vegetables and herbs like kale, beets, chard, arugula, leeks, atichokes and others grown for the community.

Directions: Take 6 train to Hunts Point Avenue, walk south on Hunts Point Ave (crossing under the Bruckner Expressway overpass) until you reach Lafayette Ave. Make left turn at Lafayette Ave and walk all the way down the steep hill to Edgewater Road. Cross Edgewater Road and train tracks to Hunts Point Riverside Park.
