Bronx River Upper River Paddle
Join us on a 2.5-mile paddling adventure and explore the fresh water sections of the Bronx River!
Start Location: 219th and Bronx Blvd – enter at park entrance here and follow stairs down to boat launch
End Location: Bronx Zoo (Boston Rd. Entrance)

(Please note, registration opens 2 weeks prior to trip date at 10a and ends day before trip at 10a. In order to provide a safe trip experience there is a limit of 20 available tickets, we do not currently offer wait lists.)

Free, family friendly event, no registration required.

Wader sizes are adult only, please have children wear rain boots.

Join us and Queens College GLOBE NY Metro in a teacher professional development workshop that will provide teachers with training and the tools to create and customize a versatile interdisciplinary suite of classroom activities that introduces Monarch butterflies.

Eco Volunteer Day and FREE Commuity Paddle
Meeting at Burke Ave bridge - entrance to park at Burke Ave and Bronx Blvd

Join us in a day of service and fun as we recruit volunteers to help us restore the Bronx River Forest with our Conservation Crew followed by a FREE community paddle!
Start Location: Meeting and Registration will take place at Burke Ave Bridge

For speedy registration, bring your signed volunteer waiver and signed canoe waiver on the day of.
