Dam removal has become a hot-button issue on America’s rivers in recent years, and the Bronx River is no exception. On March 16th at 6pm, sit back and enjoy a screening of One Dam at a Time, a movie produced by our friends at Riverkeeper showcasing the environmental damage caused by dams and the benefits associated with their removal. Following the screening will be a conversation about the movie and the renewed efforts to restore the ecological health of New York’s rivers. The screening will take place at River House, located at 1490 Sheridan Blvd, Bronx, NY 10459.
