Next up in our new mindfulness series, we’ll be hosting a slow-paced walk in Shoelace Park starting at East 211th Street. You’ll get the opportunity to learn about the history of the park and the Bronx River in that area, as well as explore some meditation and mindfulness techniques with Wendy from Yoga4theBronx.
Capacity is limited to 16 and registration is required. If the weather is not cooperating, the walk will be rescheduled.
