The 2025 Bronx River Open House will take place on Saturday, April 26 from 12 noon to 4pm, at the Bronx River House in Starlight Park.
This Earth Week celebration will include:
- Free Canoeing on the Bronx River
- Free Farmer’s Market produce stand by RAP4Bronx
- Tree Giveaway from 2pm – 4pm by NYRP (registration required!)Â
- Tree Planting Demonstration / Workshop
- Compost Giveaway
- Free Bike Repair Stand
- Giveaways & Raffle Prizes
- Kid-friendly educational & art activities
- Tour of the Bronx River House by architect Greg Kiss at 1:30pm
- Green Infrastructure Tour through Starlight Park at 2:30pm
- and more!
All activities besides the tree giveaway are first come, first served.
