Come celebrate Monarch butterflies with us September 3rd at Concrete Plant Park! Join us for a day all about the Monarch butterfly. Plant giveaways, butterfly observation station, arts and crafts, butterfly tagging, “nectar” hydration station, raffle, cooking demonstration by Gustiamo, and more! Sounds provided by DJ HasCan.

There will also be free canoeing on the Bronx River on a first come, first served basis from 12p-3p at the Concrete Plant Park boat launch.

Come early from 10-12 noon and help us plant pollinator plants in the Bronx River Foodway, an edible food forest for humans and pollinators alike! Stick around for fun in the sun.
