How lovely would it be to be a bee on a catnip leaf? To talk to rue and understand why you feel so drawn to them, and them to you? Through accessible somatic exercises, meditative drumming, and storytelling, we will build physical, spiritual, and ancestral connections with local plant allies. We will access the plants in unique ways while building memorable tools in community.
