Please join us for our rescheduled Project WASTE cleanup event!  Throw on a pair of waders and grab a trash bag and help us remove floating waste from the river as well as count and categorize each piece so that we can investigate the sources of pollution to the river and stop trash where it starts. 

The event will take place in-water at the Muskrat Cove trash boom. The activity will start around 2:30pm and last until 4:30pm. All materials will be provided. Nearby transportation includes the 2 train at 233rd Street and the Metro-North at Woodlawn.

Please note that the trash boom has moved to a new location north of the Metro-North station! The meeting location will be the entrance to the jogging path just to the left of the station parking lot.
