Did you know there is a rezoning proposal plan to add 900 residential units along the Bronx River? Join the Bronx River Alliance’s Community Advocacy Teams for this public information session regarding the rezoning of 1460-1480 Sheridan Boulevard. 

The Greenway, Ecology, and Foodway Teams will share the status of the project, the potential benefits and potential negative impacts of the project on the River and community, and invite community members to voice their questions and perspectives.

This info session will take place virtually via Zoom, from 6:30-7:30 pm on Tuesday July 11.
