SuperTonic 2.0 is a hands-on workshop and 101 on making Shrubs, an ancestorial beverage method preserving aged fruit with sugar & vinegar. Using the Foodway as inspiration this workshop will focus on the art of preserving fruit harvest & herbs into this centuries old yet tasty Tonic. Workshop will include Instructional sheets, a Demo, and a hands-on station for unique shrub variations. Guests will leave with their own mason jar and future shrub!
