The NYC Food Forests Coalition is a collective of self-identifying Food Forests stewards, growers, and educators located around the 5 NYC boroughs and Long Island. The purpose of the coalition is to connect and organize regional food forests around shared visions, goals, and barriers. By collectivizing, we may be able to advocate for the advancement and protection of these important community assets. Coalition members believe in working in collaboration to support shared goals.Â
