Urban Health Plan, Inc., (UHP) is a federally qualified community health center licensed as a diagnostic and treatment center under Article 28 of the New York State Public Health Law and Article 31 of the New York State Office of Mental Health and accredited by the Joint Commission.
We provide bicycle education to improve physical and mental health, transportation options and social activities in Upper Manhattan and the Bronx.

SWIM Coalition was borne out of a Citizens Advisory Committee (CAC) convened by the New York City Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) in ca. 2004 for the development of a Waterbody/Watershed Plan and the 2006 Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) Consent Order.
In 1999 the Southern Bronx River Watershed Alliance (SBRWA) formed to work for the removal of the Sheridan Expressway and the transformation of the South Bronx into a model of sustainable land use, environmental justice, and economic viability as a response to the New York State Department of Transportation’s (NYSDOT) harmful proposal to expand the Sheridan Expressway.
Solar One is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization whose mission is to design and deliver innovative education, training, and technical assistance that fosters sustainability and resiliency in diverse urban environments.
SEBAGO CANOE CLUB is a volunteer run, 501C3 nonprofit, membership organization in Canarsie, Brooklyn. The club, with it’s pleasant, tree filled grounds is located on Paerdegat Basin with direct access to the beautiful waters of Jamaica Bay
The Bronx River Alliance serves as a coordinated voice for the river and works in harmonious partnership to protect, improve and restore the Bronx River corridor so that it can be a healthy ecological, recreational, educational and economic resource for the communities through which the river flows.
The Alliance works in close partnership with the New York City Department of Parks & Recreation and with over one hundred other partners to reclaim the Bronx River.
