Follow signs to the landing on the east (left) bank. Follow the path south 0.2 miles, up the hill to the Stone Mill. Follow the path to the right over the river bridge. At the end of the bridge, there will be an entrance to the forest on the right, follow this dirt path to the fork in the road. At the fork in the road, take a wide right down the hill and use the underpass of the bridge to the portage reentry present on the left. (Note, there will be 2 entries into the river on the left, use the secondary as the first is meant for wading education and not boat access.)
