Bronx River & Greenway Featured in NY Times

Bronx River Alliance (8)

The New York Times created an interactive article about "The 5 Best Hikes in NYC" and we were featured! Athough we are not encouraging individuals to swim in the river, there are other options to exploring this wonderful part of the Bronx. Travel with some friends and walk 8 miles of the Bronx River Greenway to explore new areas; Submerge in the Bronx River Forest filled with plants and wildlife. You can also grab a pair of paddles and canoe the Bronx River to witness its true beauty of nature within an urban envioronment. We would like to thank New York Times for the recognition. We hope to encourage more people to get out and hike these new terrains and let us know what you discover.
