Christian Murphy returned to the Bronx River Alliance after spending a season in Western Colorado performing ecological research for the U.S. Bureau of Land Management. He worked as a conservation crew member for the Alliance in 2018. He received a B.A. in Environmental Studies from Hunter College and is passionate about preserving and protecting the natural world. He is an avid cyclist, amateur nature photographer, and lover of birds, plants, and insects.
