Nathan Hunter is a graduate of Manhattan College. While attending, he established a series of sustainability initiatives on campus including the design and construction of the college’s first rooftop garden. After college, he worked in Tanzania managing projects based in agricultural research and alternative biogas energy for home cooking. He comes with 4 years of experience leading food and garden education and organizing around local food access issues. He is an avid gardener, plant enthusiast, and foodie with a love for beets!
