Pamela Hamilton-Brown loves being born and raised in the Bronx. She has a background of being a youth organizer through the 163rd Street Improvement Council under the tutelage of the late Reeves Dixon. Through this connection, many of her peers were the first group of teens who initiated the cleanup of the 180th Street arm of the Bronx River which makes her employment at the Bronx River Alliance a dream come true for this homegrown Bronx community activist.
